In support of the 2024 update of the Comprehensive Plan, the City of Bremerton’s Department of Community Development is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a market study for the City’s Puget Sound Industrial Center (PSIC-Bremerton), a Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) designated “Manufacturing /Industrial Center.” PSIC-Bremerton has a subarea plan and Planned Action EIS that was adopted in 2012. The purpose of performing this market study assessment is to have recommendations on any regulatory alterations deemed necessary to demonstrate compliance with PSRC’s VISION 2050 Consistency Tool for Regional Manufacturing/Industrial Center Plans.
