Work to include, but not limited to, supply and construction work for interior space improvements, new crew break room, rated deck mezzanine for added automotive storage, interior and exterior door and window installations, counters and cabinets, new mezzanine stairwell, HVAC mechanical, electrical and lighting improvements, communication/data installations and plumbing work as required and described in the contract plans and technical specifications for the project.
