The WORK to be completed under this Contract consists of the improvement of Washington Avenue and 11th Street through the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Washington Avenue and the Manette Bridge, and will include full street reconstruction including sidewalks and bike lanes on 11th Street and Washington Avenue between the new roundabout and Pacific Avenue. Roadway and sidewalk improvements are also included for Washington Avenue between the Manette Bridge and 11th Street Place. The work will include ADA ramps, storm drainage improvements, walls, street lighting, signing, striping, landscaping, irrigation, waterline upgrades, traffic control and other work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
