Work to include, but not limited to, installation of specified City of Bremerton purchased HVAC equipment and components for heating and cooling capabilities, as well as a dedicated outside air system and piping and duct demolition, installations, dampers, vent louvers, modifications and other required work as shown on the Bremerton Library Building HVAC System plan sets, equipment schedules, general notes, mechanical scope of work and special conditions related to this project. Air balance checks to be provided after installations, adjustments, start up testing, operational training, plumbing, electrical and controls as specified, and all other associated work as required for a complete and functional HVAC system with a dedicated outside air system.
