The City of Bremerton (City), desires to procure on-call contractor services to provide unauthorized encampment cleanup and general hazardous material(s) cleanup services associated with unauthorized encampment cleanup, which may include environmental assessment, containment, cleanup of hazardous materials (including hazardous waste or other hazardous items), and disposal of debris from City managed locations.
