Work to include, but not limited to, removal of old HVAC Heat Pumps #1 and #2, removal of old Air Handler Units #1 and #2 and installation of contractor provided new Mitsubishi PUHY-P96YNU-A 460-V Outdoor VRF Heat Pump Systems (2) and new Mitsubishi PEFY­P96NMHSU-E 208/230-V Indoor Air Handler Units (2), for full heating and cooling capabilities, as well as duct demolition, duct modifications, electrical connections and disconnects, disposal of old HVAC units and associated equipment, and all other required work for a new complete and fully functioning HVAC system to serve the Public Works Building, Administrative section. Work to include air balance, adjustments, start-up testing, operational training, plumbing, electrical and controls as specified and all other associated work as described in the mechanical scope of work, design build construction documents.
