Description
The City will be hiring a professional services firm to provide construction management (CM) services for Bremerton’s KITSAP LAKE PARK RENOVATION PROJECT. This project is currently out to bid, and we anticipate the Notice to Proceed to be issued in late June with construction to start in July. This project is estimated to cost between $1.4 to $1.6 million (less if project needs to be phased) and is partially funded by state grants.
