Bidders are advised that if the successful bidder fails to execute and return the contract with the City as set forth hereunder, and furnish a satisfactory insurance certificate within ten (10) calendar days after bid award, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City, and the City reserves the right to award the contract to the next lowest bidder, and each successive bidder, until the conditions of the award are met, at the City’s sole discretion. The City of Gig Harbor reserves the right to; and may at its sole discretion, reject any or all bid proposals, and waive any irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process.
