October 22, 2020 EXHIBIT A - INVITATION TO BIDDERS () CITY OF GIG HARBOR () SELF-UNLOADING BELT TRAILER The City of Gig Harbor (City) is requesting bids for a Trinity Eagle Bridge Self-Unloading Belt Trailer, or equivalent, which will include the trailer body, body, tarp system, lighting, suspension, unloading system and additional features. Bidders may submit proposed equivalent self-unloading belt trailers to the City for consideration at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date bid proposals are due. These equivalent self-unloading belt trailers may be emailed to: nayern@cityofgigharbor.net (). If the City accepts the proposed equivalent self-unloading belt trailer, the City will notify all bidders at least three (3) calendar days prior to bid proposals being due of the approved equivalent. The City reserves the right to reject bid proposals of equivalent self-unloading belt trailers that have not been accepted by the City as described above.
