The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction of 38th Avenue Improvements Phase 1A (CSP-1901). The work to be completed under this contract generally consists of, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing including tree removal, roadway excavation, construction of a widened roadway section with bike lane on one side of the roadway, including new pervious cement concrete retaining walls, installation of storm drainage pipes and structures; illumination system, striping, permanent signing, traffic control, temporary erosion and sediment control measures, wetland mitigation landscaping, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, the City of Gig Harbor Public Works Standards (most current version) and the Standard Specifications.
