Invitation to Bidders The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction of the Pedestrian Crosswalk Improvements - Gig Harbor North (CSP-2104). The work to be completed under this contract generally consists of improvement of existing pedestrian facilities at three roundabouts in the City of Gig Harbor: Harbor Hill Drive at Costco, Borgen Boulevard and Harbor Hill Drive, and Borgen Boulevard and Olympus Way. The project aims to meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by replacing curb rams, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, median refuge, and other work. Work also includes the installation of the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) systems at each pedestrian crossing at each of these roundabouts, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
