INVITATION TO BIDDERS Community Paddlers Dock Project City Project No. CPP-1824 The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction services for the Community Paddlers Dock Project, CPP-1824. This project, as more completely described in the Contract Documents, generally include construction of the following: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to construct the Community Paddler’s Dock project. The Contractor will be expected to field multiple crews simultaneously, if required to perform the work. Work of the Project involves the replacement of the existing gangway and float system as shown in the Contract Drawings, and any other miscellaneous elements required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings. The project shall include all other Work and shall be constructed in accordance with the applicable Drawings and Specifications, as described in the Contract Documents. One hundred eighty (180) working days are allotted for this construction.
