SECTION 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BIDDERS City of Gig Harbor ANCICH PARK ADVANCED MITIGATION CPP-2101 The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction services for the Ancich Park Advanced Mitigation, CPP-2101. This project, as more completely described in the Contract Documents, generally include construction of the following: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to remove the derelict pier at the Ancich Park site. Work of the Project involves demolition and disposal of existing in-water structures as shown in the Contract Drawings, and any other miscellaneous elements required to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings. The project shall include all other Work and shall be constructed in accordance with the applicable Drawings and Specifications, as described in the Contract Documents. Forty-Four (44) working days are allotted for this construction.
