The City of Gig Harbor Department of Community Development is soliciting interest from consultants to prepare a Housing Needs Assessment consistent with Department of Commerce Guidelines dated March 18, 2020. The City’s goal is to ensure that our residents are provided with a variety of housing choices that are available to all economic segments of the population, to address any identified gaps in housing availability or affordability, and to craft strategies for policy development that address housing needs identified in the gap analysis. The agreement will be for a one-year duration.

Minimum qualifications are required for a consultant to be eligible to submit a RFQ response. Submittals that are not responsive to these minimum qualifications shall be rejected by the City without further consideration.
