The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction services for the Public Works Shop Operations Center Phase II. Project Plans are available for review here: /DocumentCenter/View/3808 (https://www.gigharborwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/3808)The Project consists of the construction of a new Operations Center Building of approximately 5,500 sf. This includes but not limited to building construction with concrete slab on grade and wood frame construction with manufactured fiber cement siding, CMU base, and metal roofing. The building includes mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Work also includes site paving and storm drainage systems that were previously completed in Phase I. Site work development for this project (Phase II) will include but not be limited to site clearing, grading and fill, a new lift station, extension of utilities from Phase I, new fencing and landscaping around the building.
