DESCRIPTION The City of Gig Harbor requests sealed bid proposals for construction services for the ShurgardWater Tank Repainting, CWP-2329. This project, as more completely described in theContract Documents, generally include construction of the following:All necessary equipment, labor, and materials to clean, blast, lead paint abatement,maintaining environmental conditions, and repaint both the exterior and the interior of a500,000 gallon reservoir.The City of Gig Harbor will be holding a pre-bid site walk through for all interestedcontractors. The pre-bid walk through will be on 10/08/2024 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. The site address is at the Public Storage Facility 5700 Soundview Drive, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid walk through to assess the reservoir and site constraints.
