Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington, 98273 until 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 24, 2013, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids should be clearly marked "2013 Street Overlay (REET) Re-Bid." The work to be performed under this contract shall include asphalt planing, asphalt paving, and slurry seal on various streets within the City of Mount Vernon.
