Eligible bidders must be listed on the MRSC Roster at the time of advertisement. If your company is not listed, you are not eligible to bid on this project. A pre-bid conference will be held at 1401 Britt Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 on June 16, 2021, at 10:00 am. Prospective bidders will have the opportunity to observe the project site during the conference. Any responses to questions arising during the conference will be responded to in an addendum if necessary.The lowest responsive bid from a responsible bidder will be selected and notified within 5 calendar days of the deadline. The successful bidder shall submit the required contract documents within 10 calendar days from notification. Following successful execution of the contract, all unsuccessful bidders will be notified by email.Project Description: Project includes surface preparation of the tank (to include filler/surface repair as required and full work area containment), applying tank coating, and site clean-up and restoration. Contractor must pay prevailing wages. Project Duration is 75 working days from Notice to Proceed.All addenda will be posted online ad will be emailed to all eligible contractors as stated above, however, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all addenda have been received as it is posted online at www.mountvernonwa.gov/bids.aspx.
