The City of Mount Vernon is accepting sealed bid proposals for the following 2021 Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining. The deadline for submitting bids is August 26, 2021, at 10:00 am to the City of Mount Vernon Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Bids will be opened at the above location and time. Estimated Project Cost: Schedule SS - $500,000, Schedule ST - $200,000. Work shall be completed by December 31, 2021, with a project duration of 60 calendar days. Project Description: Work includes lining approximately 9,444 feet of sanitary sewer pipe and approximately 2,073 feet of storm sewer pipe as depicted in the project plans/maps with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner system.
