Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will not be considered. Bid proposals may be sent by mail or delivered to the Finance Director, P.O. Box 809, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon Washington, 98273. Bids will then be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the deadline will not be opened and will be returned to the bidder. PLEASE HAVE ALL BID RESPONSES CLEARLY MARKED ON THE ENVELOPE AS “METAL REFUSE CONTAINERS BID”.
