Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington, 98273 until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. The work to be performed includes a thorough cleaning and video inspection of approximately 19,550 linear feet of existing corrugated metal pipe storm sewer ranging from 6" diameter to 36" diameter.
