Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 until 10:00 am, Thursday, November 1, 2012, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Envelopes must be clearly marked: "Safe Route to School Sidewalk Improvements".
