Bids should be clearly marked "Kincaid Holdings 2014 Roof Project". A pre-bid meeting will be held at the SW corner of 2nd and Kincaid Streets, Mount Vernon, WA, on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at 10:00 am. All bidders are encouraged to attend. The work to be performed under this contract includes the installation of a new membrane roof on one building.
