Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington, 98273 until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
