Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 until 2:00 pm., Thursday, August 27, 2015, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids shall be submitted on the forms attached with the bidding documents and shall be enclosed in an opaque envelope which is clearly marked "Project No. 15-3: 2015 Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining." The work to be performed on this contract includes the lining of sanitary and storm sewer pipe using a Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) system. The CIPP lining system shall be Insituform, In-Liner, National Liner, or an approved equal as determined by the City of Mount Vernon.
