Bids should be clearly marked "Mount Vernon Library 2015 Roof Project 15-16". A pre-bid meeting will be held at the 315 Snoqualmie Street, Mount Vernon, WA, on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at 10:00 am. All bidders are encouraged to attend. The work to be performed under this contract includes installation of approximately 12,000 square feet of new Membrane Roof over an existing membrane system.
