The City of Mount Vernon, Washington solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil engineering, ROW acquisition, Environmental, and other related professional services to design the College Way widening project. City proposes to widen College Way beneath I-5 bridge overpass. The City intends to select the best qualified engineering consultant or consultant team for this work in October 2015 and extending through project construction.
