The City is seeking a 5-year lease with a tenant with a strong business background to provide food/beverage or other retail services for the public at the new Riverwalk Plaza. The space for lease is located in the newly constructed Riverwalk Park Building which houses public restrooms and parks storage space as well as the vendor space. The space will be available for lease on or about April 1, 2016.
