The City of Mount Vernon is accepting sealed bid proposals for the Riverside Drive (I-5 Detour) Restoration Project, TS-2016-004. Bid opening will be 10:00 am, June 21, 2016. Bid packets can be obtained digitally below. Project includes planning and full depth removal of bituminous pavement; installation of geotextile for separation; removing, replacing, and compacting subgrade and surfacing material; paving with hot mix asphalt; replacing traffic detection loops; adjusting utilities; protecting monuments; replacing pavement markings; performing traffic control; performing erosion control and other work necessary to repair and restore the existing pavement.
