The City of Mount Vernon is accepting bid proposals for the 2016 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project. Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract includes the lining of sanitary and storm sewer pipe using a cured in place pipe (CIPP) system. The CIPP lining system shall be Insituform, In-Liner, National Liner, or an approved equal as determined by the City of Mount Vernon. Alternate CIPP systems will be considered only if they have established a record of successful installation similar to these three systems as determined by the City of Mount Vernon.
