The City of Mount Vernon, Washington solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil, Traffic, Surveying, and Environmental Engineering, and other related professional services to upgrade the existing 13 signals on College Way (SR538) and Riverside Drive. The signal upgrades include ADA compliance, signal coordination, flashing yellow left turn function, traffic study and analysis to improve corridor traffic coordination. The City intends to select the best qualified engineering consultant or consultant team for this work by July 2017 and extending through project construction.
