Description

Mount Vernon Fire seeks qualifications from highly qualified and experienced A&E firms or individuals to provide fire station planning and design services. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email, by 4:00 pm on July 10, 2018 to Bryan Brice, fire Chief bryanb@mountvernonwa.gov. Incomplete submissions or submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Any addendum addressing questions and requests for clarification will be issued no later than July 20, 2018. It will be the responsibility of the firm submitting the RFQ to check for addenda. There will be a mandatory pre-qualification meeting on July 12, 2018, at Fire Station 2 located at 1901 Laventure Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Sealed responses will be received by Mount Vernon Fire up to the hour of 4:00 pm July 31, 2018. Responses delivered later will not be accepted. Mount Vernon Fire is not responsible for delivery delays. All responses to this request that are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) shall be addressed to Mount Vernon Fire, 1901 N Laventure Rd, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Hand delivered responses or responses not sent through the USPS shall be delivered to the same address and left at the reception desk. All responses shall be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with 'Fire Station Planning and Design Services'. Responses by fax or email will not be accepted.
