Description
The City of Mount Vernon is accepting sealed bid proposals for the 2018 Utility Grade Adjustment Project. The deadline for submitting bids is 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read at City Hall, Office of the Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Ave., Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Work provides for improvement of city streets by excavating and removing old utility iron, installing and adjusting new utility frames and covers and patching around utility with HMA.
