Submit one copy (maximum 15 pages) of Statement of Qualifications to City of Mount Vernon Wastewater Utility, 1401 Britt Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 by 4:00 PM on October 23, 2018. Include resumes of project team members as well as related firm experience. Recent relevant project experience (within the last five years) is most important.

Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond and will be given maximum practical opportunity to participate. City of Mount Vernon will adhere to nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs; Title VI protections apply; DBEs encouraged.
