Sealed bid proposals will be received by the City of Mount Vernon at the office of the City Finance Director, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington, 98273 until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.The work to be performed includes a thorough cleaning and video inspection of approximately 35,750 linear feet of existing corrugated metal pipe storm sewer ranging from 8" - 36" in diameter.
