Description

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids for the “College Way and 30th Street Intersection Improvements Project” will be received by the City Finance Director until 10:30 am, June 11, 2019, at which time the Bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids will be delivered to 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. This contract provides for improvements to the intersection of College Way (SR 538) at N. 30th St. Work includes the construction of a new traffic signal system, storm drainage, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and other improvements. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, including the amendments thereto, and Standard Plans. All materials, equipment, labor, and other miscellaneous items required to complete the work shall be furnished by the contractor. This project has an Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Condition of Award Goal of 6%, no training hours have been assigned to the project.
