Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids for the “2019 Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining” will be received by the City Finance Director until 10:00 am, July 23, 2019, at which time the Bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids will be delivered to 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. This contract includes lining approximately 4,454 feet of sanitary sewer pipe and approximately 895 feet of storm sewer pipe with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner system. Work also includes grouting and restoring laterals, trimming intruding laterals, and lining pipe under a railroad. Contract Addendum 01 Issued 7/12/2019
