Description
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for furnishing and delivering dry polymer during the period from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2024, will be received by the City Finance Director at City Hall, 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 until 10:00 am, Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. All bids must be clearly marked "Polymer Bid - Contract Proposal" on the exterior of the envelope. Specifications for dry polymer are discussed in the bidding document. The bidding document may be download here. Your response to this invitation to bid is an offer to contract with the City of Mount Vernon. A bid response becomes a contract only when officially accepted by the City in writing. The City of Mount Vernon reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and ll bids, to accept any portion of the items bid, to reissue the invitation for bids.
