Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids for the '2020 Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lining' will be received by the City Finance Director until 10:00 am, March 4, 2020, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids will be delivered to 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. This contract includes lining approximately 8,273 feet of sanitary sewer pipe and approximately 948 feet of storm sewer pipe with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner system. Work also includes grouting and restoring laterals, trimming intruding laterals, and lining pipe with manholes near a railroad and in I-5. Addendum 1 Issued 2/27/2020 Addendum 2 Issued 2/28/2020.
