Bid Postings Print Bid Title: Freeway Drive Improvements Project Request for Qualifications Category: Public Works Status: Closed Bid Recipient: PBS Engineering and Environmental, Inc., Awarded April 8, 2020 Description: The City of Mount Vernon, Washington is soliciting interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil engineering, surveying, permitting, and other related professional services. The City is preparing to begin design efforts on Freeway Drive between Cameron Way and College Way to include street improvements, sidewalks, storm water, street lighting, and other amenities. The City intends to select the best qualified engineering consultant or consultant team for this work by March 2020; construction is planned for 2021. Please submit qualifications demonstrating your firm's ability to perform this work outlined in the RFQ. Each proposal will be reviewed and evaluated by personnel from the City of Mount Vernon and the preferred candidate will be offered a contract for design services.
