Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids for the “2020 Street Improvements ” will be received by the City Finance Director until 2:00 pm, April 14, 2020, (Bid date extended - Addendum 01) at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids will be delivered to 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. This contract includes planing or excavating bituminous pavement, repairing portions of sub-grade, adjusting and or installing new manhole rings and covers, adjusting existing utilities, protecting survey monuments, paving with HMA, providing temporary traffic control, replacing traffic detector loops, and other work.
