CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ Foundation Design for Memorial Pool Bubble Project No 23497. The City of Pasco is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for the design of the foundation footing for the new pool bubble dome at the Memorial Pool. The Memorial Aquatic Center is a seasonal facility with a 50 meter lap pool, leisure pool, slides and multiple play features. Demand for the lap pool has exceeded the time the pool is open and an air dome pool bubble was identified as the best option to extend the use time of the facility. The selected Consultant will be tasked with the design of the footing around the lap pool that will connect the pool bubble building to the pool deck. The complete RFQ and full scope of work may be obtained via the City website. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Dustin Wittman at wittmand@pasco-wa.gov. Email Subject shall be 23479 Foundation Design for Memorial Pool Bubble SOQ with a maximum size of 20mb. The due date is Wednesday January 17 2024, no later than 11:00am PST. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be directed to City Representatives listed in Section 1.10. There is a non mandatory pre proposal meeting scheduled on Friday January 5 2024 at 10:00am at 1520 W. Shoshone St. Pasco, WA 99301 for this project prior to submission of Statement of Qualifications. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with CFR 24 CFR 570.502 24 CFR 85.36 2 CFR 200.
