Description

CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for Sylvester St Stormwater Pipe Repair and Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement (Project Nos. 22396 and 23467). The City is soliciting a SOQ from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services for design of stormwater pipe repair and replacement at Sylvester Street (5th Avenue to 10th Avenue) and Schlagel Park. The Sylvester Street pipeline is high-volume traffic with existing damage; Schlagel Park pipeline is a 42-inch diameter line within a US Army Corps easement with aging infrastructure and damage. The selected consultant will design the repair/replacement and related appurtenances. RFQ updates/addenda are posted on the City website. Submissions shall be electronic and transmitted to Dustin Wittman at wittmand@pasco-wa.gov, subject reference 22396 and 23467 SOQ; due Thursday, January 25, 2024 by 11:00 am. No pre-proposal meeting is scheduled. The City adheres to nondiscrimination and EEO requirements; disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged; nondiscrimination under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); interpreters available on request. Related documents and addenda may be obtained via the City Document Center. Interview may be conducted for best-qualified firms; City reserves right to reject any submission.
