Description

CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 2024 Pavement Condition Assessment. The City of Pasco, Washington, Department of Public Works – Engineering is requesting proposals from qualified vendors registered in the State of Washington to provide Pavement Condition Assessment services. The project will evaluate the 364 miles of roadway within Pasco City Limits and Urban Growth Boundary area. This project will utilize automated or semi-automated mechanical pavement survey equipment capable of conducting the assessment at greater than 15 MPH to minimize traffic impedance. The project is anticipated to last five months, beginning 2024-05-01 and completion no later than 2024-09-30. If necessary, the selected vendor will follow all processes and documentation required to comply with WSDOT/FHWA requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on Pavement Management Experience, Data Collection Methods and Processing, Pavement Feature Collection, GIS Integration, Price, and Schedule.
