CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID Broadmoor Area TIF – Broadmoor/Burns Intersection Project #24595 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Broadmoor Area TIF – Broadmoor/Burns Intersection project. This project involves improvement of the intersection of Broadmoor Boulevard and Burns Road which includes roadway improvements, hydrant relocation, irrigation main, storm main, erosion control, traffic control, illumination, traffic signal and ITS systems, and striping and other work. Project shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has ninety (90) working days to complete the work.
