CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUOTECat & Dog Kennels for Tri-Cities Animal Facility Project No. 17999 The City of Pasco (City) is soliciting Quotes from Vendors to provide new Cat & Dog Kennels for the new Tri-Cities Animal Control Facility (Animal Shelter) located at: 1311 South 18th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 via this Request for Quote (RFQ). The new Animal Shelter is a 9,651 square foot (plus equipment platform) one-story, pre-engineered metal building, animal control facility. The building site is approximately 2.51 acres in size, of which approximately 1.90 acres will be developed.
