CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID Sandifur Pkwy/Broadmoor Intersection Improvements Project #24 600. The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Sandifur Pkwy/Broadmoor Intersection Improvements project. This project will enhance the intersection of Sandifur Parkway and Broadmoor Boulevard and the intersection of Buckingham Drive and Broadmoor Boulevard, including widening Broadmoor Boulevard up to Burns Road. Additionally, plans include roadway improvements, water main, hydrant relocation, irrigation main, storm main, erosion control, traffic control, illumination, traffic signal and ITS systems, and striping as well as provisions for a future traffic signal at Buckingham Drive. Project shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has two-hundred (200) working days to complete the work.
