CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BIDMartin Luther King Jr. Community Center Renovation and Expansion Project – Phase 1Project # 21314 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center Renovation and Expansion Project – Phase 1 project. This project involves the renovation of the Northwest building of the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, Including demolition of existing interior, installation of new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, rebuilding the interior to plan and adding 2 fenced play areas with canopies to the exterior. This contract has two-hundred (200) working days to complete the work after the Owners Notice to Proceed. The estimate range for this project is: $2,900,000.00 – $3,300,000.00.

Eligibility Criteria

This project is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program. All work performed on the project will be subject to ARPA requirements including Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage Requirements and Washington State prevailing wages. All work on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. If a contract exceeds $10,000, the Contractor shall comply with Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375, and 41 CFR Part 60, with implementation of the Equal Opportunity Clause and required affirmative action obligations. Good Faith Token / Bid Bond

Bids must be accompanied by a Good Faith Token in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.
