The City of Pasco, Washington Department of Parks & Recreation is requesting Proposals from qualified Vendors/Firms registered in the State of Washington to provide Food/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Concession services. Concession services are desired at various City of Pasco locations including, the Pasco Sporting Complex-Softball Facility, the Pasco Sporting Complex-Soccer Facility, Memorial Aquatic Park, Rd 36 Soccer, and A Street Sporting Complex. Qualified concessionaires may submit proposals for one or more of the desired locations. The term of each Concession Services agreement is anticipated to cover the 2025 season with option to extend for up to four (4) additional years. The selected Vendor/Firm’s proposal(s) will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: Sale Price of Products, Quality and Completeness of Products and Service, Experience/References, Proposed Compensation to City.
