Proposals are now Due on Monday January 13, 2025, at 9:00AMThe City of Pasco is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead an update to our Comprehensive Plan. With Pasco’s rapid growth, projected to reach 140,000 residents by 2045, this plan will serve as a roadmap for managing our future. It must reflect the community’s evolving needs while staying aligned with the Growth Management Act (GMA), Franklin County’s policies, and regional priorities. Our focus is on sustainable development that enhances quality of life, promotes access to housing and mobility options, supports our diverse population, and ensures equity in planning and decision-making. This update will integrate past efforts such as the Housing Action Plan and the Downtown Pasco Master Plan, as well as long-term transportation goals. Additionally, the plan should ensure that elements related to community economic growth and resilience are central to the plan. The successful consultant will refine these elements into a cohesive vision for the future.
